This is a guide to revisiting a performance released in September 2023, not a report of a new BTS show. V's Tiny Desk Korea session makes a useful starting point for a small listening experiment: keep the singer in the picture, but give the supporting musicians some of your attention.

NPR producer Suraya Mohamed's original account, carried by member station KGOU, places the recording in Seoul in August 2023 with an eight-member session band. It identifies Tiny Desk Korea as a collaboration between NPR and LG U+. The FADER's September 15 report separately describes the same recording and personnel.

Bandwagon's contemporaneous coverage confirms the three-song selection from Layover and the eight-piece band. Those sources establish the dated performance, not a claim about today's touring lineup or a future appearance. LISTENING EXERCISE · Give one part a turn

On your first pass, listen as you normally would. Then choose a short section to revisit with one different task. Follow the lowest instrumental line, or listen for what happens between the lead vocal phrases. Notice when another sound continues underneath a pause rather than waiting for its own spotlight.

The published credits identify Pete Jonas on bass, Brett White on keys and Jacob Scesney on saxophone, alongside the other instrumentalists and backing vocalists.
